Most wellness applications focus on isolated activities such as meditation, fitness, or diet, without connecting how these elements influence overall wellbeing. Our objective was to build a mobile-first wellness platform that integrates multiple dimensions of health into a single, unified experience. The solution needed to combine simple daily tracking, behavioral analytics, and expert-created content while remaining intuitive for users across different fitness and wellness levels.
