The Challenge

The client approached Biz4Group to develop an app that would strengthen their efforts in delivering an impeccable user experience, especially to their vendors. The challenge was to create a custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool that would not only help them improve their products and services but also upgrade their overall quality of work by several notches. Biz4Group's expert team of developers was given a very strict timeline to create a CRM app that would help in the effective and profitable management of customer relations right from the vendor's pocket. The end result was a mobile application that exceeded the client's expectations regarding quality, service, and value.

Developed a custom CRM app to help the client manage his customer relationships based on the modern system of affairs. In addition to that, Biz4Group also delivered an eCommerce app for dealers to buy a premium line of vacuum cleaners for Mohawk and Karastan brands of carpets. The final application was a blend of strategy, well-aligned processes, and technology tools, created to reduce much of the client's manual work and automate most of the operations in the customer-facing department.

The app is for the dealers to purchase the company's vacuum cleaners and related merchant products. Vendors can also add their store locations and manage the orders from a rich and clean dealer dashboard. They also get an option to either order products for their store or have them drop shipped directly to their end customers. The app also includes an Admin panel that allows the Admin to manage the dealers and also to update business program information.
