Project Overview

Recruitment teams often face challenges managing large applicant pools, repetitive screening, and coordination gaps across departments. Our objective was to build a unified SaaS platform that streamlines the hiring process.

We developed Stratum 9 InnerView, an AI-powered recruitment system that streamlines job creation, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation on a round-to-round basis. The platform generates AI-based job descriptions, ranks candidates by skill match, and enables collaborative review and non-biased feedback through an integrated dashboard, ensuring a smooth and transparent hiring process.

Built using React.js, Node.js, and MySQL, and hosted on AWS EC2, Stratum 9 InnerView delivers the scalability, security, and accessibility of a modern SaaS product. By combining automation with human judgment, it empowers hiring teams to identify the best candidates efficiently while maintaining a non-biased oversight and accountability at every stage.

After the interview, hiring teams can share AI-generated assessments or edit questionnaires, blending structured insights with adaptive, conversational intelligence.

1. Integrating Online Interview Platform with Internal Tool

Challenges

Ensuring seamless integration between the online interview system and Stratum 9’s internal ecosystem was challenging. We needed to synchronize candidate data, interviewer questions, follow-up prompts, scheduling, video links, and transcripts while maintaining a smooth UI/UX and secure identity management.

SOLUTIONS

We integrated the online interview platform with S9's ecosystem, enabling secure data transfer and synchronized transcript tracking on both candidate and interviewer sides. The team ensured flawless identity management, smooth UI/UX flow, and reliable scheduling, creating a seamless experience across the platform.

2. Optimizing Tools for Behavioral Analysis

Challenges

Integrating behavioral and non-verbal analytics with tools presented challenges in data source identification, privacy, and consent management, especially for recording video and audio during live interviews, while ensuring alignment with transcripts and interview timing.

SOLUTIONS

Following a POC, the team adopted an AI framework for facial expression and sentiment analysis. They addressed latency and synchronization issues, ensuring behavioral data accurately aligned with transcripts and timing. Data privacy and consent were strictly managed, enabling real-time, reliable insights without disrupting the candidate or interviewer's experience.
